Acceptable but flawed stay
clear signage sound insulation
Finding the hotel was harder than expected at night. There was NO clear signage outside, and the entrance looked rather nondescript. The room lacked proper sound insulation. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway each morning. This made it difficult to sleep in, a MAJOR disappointment.

a sweet memory
vaporetto stops charming restaurants interior restoration quiet room
The location was perfect for exploring. It was close to vaporetto stops. i found many charming restaurants nearby and felt quite safe walking around. the building itself displayed a fine restoration. The interior felt luxurious. i loved the quietness of the room despite the hotel's proximity to the bustling streets.
the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage upstairs a small inconvenience!

The room was spacious and very clean upon my arrival. It had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay, including complimentary drinks in the fridge. the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the modern touches blended with the antique stylings.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered excellent advice about the area. communication with the staff was simple. They were very sweet. the online check-in process was straightforward and efficient.

Adequate stay. Some issues noted
poor communication defective key
Check-in was problematic. communication about the process was poor, resulting in a significant delay to access my room. the key card also failed. I had to provide video evidence to prove it didn't work. the room lacked daily service despite my request, and a kettle took two days to arrive. the replacement key card also failed. A staff member fixed it only after another guest reported it.
